Hardinge Arms
The Hardinge ArmsThe Hardinge Arms is a gem of a traditional English pub, restaurant and hotel just 3 miles away in the village of Kings Newton.
Following a major and meticulous restoration involving the local conservation officer, The Hardinge Arms has been acquired by it’s present owners Tom and Elizabeth Keaveny who have in excess of 35 years experience in hotel management. A warm welcome is assured from Tom and the team who between them are fluent in 7 European languages. Kings Newton is quoted as 'a gem of an old English village with a great variety of well cared for old houses covering a wide age range, which all blend superbly together as a whole’. Kings Newton is contained within the Parish of Melbourne, South Derbyshire which became the centre for the supply of Fruit and Vegetables several centuries ago, this is still evident in the area today. The M1 and M42 motorways are accessed within a 5 minute drive, as is Nottingham East Midlands Airport, Donington Race Track and Exhibition Centre and the Donington Grand Prix Collection.
